[terms of service]
Last updated: April 2026
By accessing or using AIWorkbench.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
AIWorkbench provides browser-based tools for testing and comparing AI language models. We do not provide AI services ourselves — all processing happens directly between your browser and third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) using your own API keys.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from AI providers. These keys are stored only in your browser's session storage and are never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through use of your API keys.
You agree not to use AIWorkbench for: (a) illegal activities, (b) generating harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, (c) violating the terms of AI providers you connect to, or (d) attempting to compromise the security or availability of the service.
AIWorkbench tools and interface are proprietary. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service. AI outputs generated through third-party providers are subject to those providers' terms and policies.
AIWorkbench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: (a) AI outputs or their accuracy, (b) costs incurred through API usage, (c) service availability, or (d) data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
